Pain in the back of neck,upper back

Hi all i had this pain in the back of my neck and base of skull, its painful to move my neck any sudden movement makes me feel dizzy, blurry vision and panicky.and its already 3 weeks now. Any body who can relate or gone through this please need someone to talk to

I too am going through neck and mid back problems for the last 3-4 weeks I also have a very sharp pain under the left ribs which Im putting it down to my bad back since the pain Is on the same side directly behind the ribs and I too get very dizzy when I look down almost to the point of toppling over. I have found a few ways that is helping a little first one is a hot water bottle followed by deep heat I also have one of those handheld electric massagers which you put 4 sticky pads on the affected area and it sends small electric pulses to the area that's pretty cool and helpful. Because I'm very use to it all I know its just a matter of time. All the best

Thanks Saf ill probably try everything rather than worry ive been stressed latelty and its really making it worst.
