Hey sorry if this is tmi just calmed myself down from a panic attack but still got a lot of anxiety at the moment. I was doing the dishes and felt the need to pass wind but as I did brown watery liquid came out :-( I took myself away and got a shower straight away. It was about a shot glass worth of Liquid if that. But I'm worried there's something really wrong?

Hahaha... fish that's a hilarious word.. now that I have properly calmed down and even asked my partner he told me the same it happens and it happens to a lot of people just a bit embarrassing.
