Hi
I thought i would share with you today my little success.
I never go anywhere alone, i always go with my Husband or OT worker.
But today i have managed to go for a 20 minute walk on my own.
I took the Daily News Paper with me( yes I know most people would take thier dog, I like to be different lol), and when i started to feel anxious i stopped to read a little (i did this twice) which seemed to work the anxiety went and i carried on.
It dosnt sound much, but its a big step for me.
