I'm not on any meds. I have tried many of them in the past but I just seem to be too sensitive to them.
And I won't be able to get into the clinic before 3 months, not an option here.
I am starting counselling this week, but at the moment all I can think of is that won't do anything to reduce my breast size.
I'm so tired of being so scared all the time

This doesn't always help me necessarily but when I think a part of my body is changing I ask a loved one or a friend for validation. Doesnt always work but I find if I'm the only person noticing the change it helps me start to look at it more clearly.

Broken girl why would you wait three months? Can they not fit you in? Ask to be put on a cancellation list so you could be seen as soon as possible.

10 years ago I found a lump in my breast and went to the docs. He wasn't worried but referred me to have an ultrasound. I wouldn't be seen, like you, for three months because it wasn't urgent and the doc wasn't concerned.

I decided to go private for my own piece of mind. I understand how stressed you must be with the wait, it's something I couldn't deal with.

So went private, had my ultrasound much sooner. The verdict? Doc was right, nothing to worry about. It was an air bubble that had formed between the cartilage of my ribs

It might be worth going back to the doc and explaining how stressed you are and how worried you are with how it's changed. He might be able to get you seen sooner

broken girl I noticed that one of my boobs was twice the size of the other it just seemed to appear cant imagine how I missed it actually growing so wet to see the doc on the Wednesday evening he referred me straight away and would you believe I was at the hospital on the Friday morning. The specialist then examined my boob and decided he was going to stick a needle in and drain off what he believed was fluid as it was quite squishy and he was right the syringe was full of murky looking fluid when he pulled it out. It was a cyst that had burst he sent it away for investigationand everything came back fine. But that was a fair few years ago now when you were referred more or less straight away not like now where we have to wait months on end to be seen by a specialist oh how things have changed and not for the better I feel for you I really do.

Worrying isn't helping and it won't change things. Either you do have cancer or you don't. If you do have it then you will cope with it because you will have no other choice.

I know this sounds crazy but sometimes accepting the things we can not control helps.

Anxiety is like walking in circles. Except walking is benficial to your health.

Maybe take pictures of your breasts. So that way you'll have better idea if they really are changing or if it's something you're imagining.

Breasts can change in size and texture depending on where you are in your cycle. Also as you age your breasts can change shape

I hope the therapy session helps.

Most girls would love to have bigger ones lol. Just trying to easy up the worrying. I'm sure it's fine.

My breasts are also assymetrical. Just thought I'd weigh in with that.
I am left handed, and breast fed my kids more on the left breast.
I am positive my left breast is twice the size of my right.

    Thanks for all the responses.
I know that a lot of people have one breast bigger than the other, and that's the way I've been for years. But it's always been the same one bigger. And now it's suddenly changed to the other one. That's the part that's freaking me out. I just can't help asking myself why it's happening, what's causing it??
I've never ever noticed it this way before.
Am I crazy, over analyzing it?? Or do I need to find out what's causing it?
