I hate morning anxiety.

Especially since restarting Sertraline (day 4).

I hate it too. Sitting in bed crying trying to motivate myself to get up and wash my hair :(

I get this too but gets better throughout the day
I'm on day 9 side effects are waring off

It's the worst! Does anyone else get nasty nausea? I stay horribly nauseous till lunch and all I can eat for breakfast is apple sauce or I'd be sick for sure

Ginger may help, as may vitamin B6 which is often recommended for morning sickness in pregnancy starting at 25-50mg x 3 times a day. Don't take more than 150mg/day.

Morning Anxiety is such a yuck way to start the day! I've had it for years and I always feel better once I get going but I have to beat off the gremlins first! I wonder what happens to our heads overnight!? I never feel the same anxiety when I wake up after a wee snooze on the sofa!
