Just restarted Sertraline after coming off them in September (thought I was ok).

Remind me, how long does the initial crappy side effects like dry mouth, increased anxiety, insomnia last for again?

It varies a lot, but typically 1-3 weeks. Also, for some the side-effects start within an hour of the first pill, others don't experience side-effects until weeks after starting, and many have few issues. It all depends on how your biology meshes with the med.
