prickly skin and skin feels like is flushed

I posted only a couple of days ago but I have a new symptom as well as the itch and the stinging prickles my skin feels really hot to touch my face is actually flushed and so are my arms.

I did have a new dressing gown that felt like it prickled when I wore it so I washed it and carried on wearing it still giving that prickle feeling. I wonder with that has caused it . But surley I would have a rash.

This has set off all my panic attacks again I cant swallow properly, waking up in the night not being able to breath. My sheets I have put on my bed are new I have washed them but I cant sleep in them as they are really prickling my skin so have to sleep in an older sheet.

Can someone please help. Getting in such a state. Starting new job next week want to get better.
