Head vibrations

Anyone get head vibrations constant I've had it now for a week and it's making me panic I've had it on and off since September and it's never lasted this long doctor said just anxiety but I struggle to believe it I also get lightheaded at times when I have this and constant ringing in ears thank you

I get them as I try to sleep

I also have these all the time, especially worse when I try to sleep!
