About a month ago I start getting this mini anxiety attacks before I would go out with my friends that would cause me to start gaging and eventually throw up. I would be fine all day and up until an hour before leaving to either go out to a show or something I was excited about my stomach would start turning I would get extremely nauseous and then throw up, but once I was there I was fine. So far I've resorted to taking ginger pills before I go out which has help but it doesn't stop my mind from racing and constantly thinking that I'm going to throw up. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, has any tips or advice. I have a trip coming up next month and every day I have bad thoughts about what's going to happen when I am there.
