Has anyone any sugestions on how you can massage cream into your own neck
I have seen doctor today and she thinks i have got a traped nerve in my neck she has given me some cream to massage in but no matter how i try I cant get my arm round to massage the cream in .
must be a way to do it when you have no one to do it for you nearly twisted myself in knots today trying to do it lol
any ideas please

Maybe if you had one of those back scratcher things?
You could put the cream on it and then use it to rub it in?

thanks for that something I could try it is a very difficult position to get to do it myself my arms are not long enought to get to the spot

I once saw a thing for applying sun cream to your back using like this long paddle type applicator thingy - I'm not sure where I saw it though now!!

Try Superdrug or even Lakeland LImited it may have been.

hey what symptoms have you with your trapped nerve, ?

got terriblw pains in my neck and down my arm
docrtor checked for sensation and then said it was a trapped nerve in my neck
why do you ask airwolf do you have the same

I had a trapped nerve a couple of years ago, mainly caused by tension and bad posture, at work on the PC at the time. I had a couple of sessions of physio which completely sorted it out and I started to sit properly at my desk.
