unreality, thanks to sky for help
Can i just say a big thankyou to Sky. When i got up this morning the horrible unreality reared it's ugly head, yet again and this time my thoughts wondered straight to the last 'piece' that i read by Sky about this devastating condition. I thought straight away what was put about going out and doing things and when upon returning, thinking that you had never left the room!! And i felt so much better and managed to push the feeling off for a while, so a big thankyou and i will print it off if i may so i can carry it with me to help me where ever i am, thanks again.
