Headache from Straining from BM... aneurysm??

Has anyone here ever gotten a headache from straining too much with a bowel movement? I feel like this must be a common occurrence, but the internet is telling me that it's an expanded brain aneurysm... this can't be the only cause of head pain when straining with a BM, right???

The internet also said it could be an exertion headache, but idk if those can be caused just from a straining BM.
