Redness in inner ear

My inner ear at top has redness and little veins. It don't hurt or anything but I'm worried. Anyone know what it could be or have this ever I don't want to go to dr for stupid thing like this

Could be, maybe try a little gentle moisturiser or even ask your local pharmacist for something that might help xx
