Sensations in the throat scaring me help please.

Why do i keep getting sensations in my throught. I get like bumps that i feel like a rush of air flutter type feeling. But the ones im talking about arnt caused by a bump. Its like if i stand or i can bend to pick somthing up or even out the blue its happening. Over the past few days its happening quite a lot. And ive not had this feeling before. The bumps n other stuff ive had for a couple of years but not this feeling in my throught its like around or under my addams apple..

Have a popping or clicking feeling when I swallow and it feels like the food is stuck. Couple that in with my twitching tongue which the doctor has examined and I'm a nervous wreck. It's hard to see anxiety can cause issues like this because it all seems so frighteningly real.

I to have the clicking near Adams apple when swallowing. Have you found a fix yet?
