Thought this was my first time on this site but turns out I've logged in before, I've recently weaned off my citalopram and have been going slowly downhill since, find it hard to get outside, my mood is very low. Luckily i have a good therapist and lots of support but hate being a burden. So afraid of getting as had as I've been before. Have two small kids to look after and the guilt of not being able to do much with them kills me. I know this will eventually get better but just hate thing through this. Determined to do it this time with no meds and lots of meditation and CBT and talking therapy. Holding onto the raft...
