Weird sensations in chest.

This didn't feel like a heart palpation. One minute I was talking on the phone and next there this rush sensation that hit my chest. I had this anxious feeling right in my chest but it was over it began. I felt my chest and heart wasn't even racing. Has the happened to anyone else? I'd hate ignore something important.

Hi i was having thesame thing one moment i am relax and then suddenly it will hit me the rushing sensation thst feels like your chest wants you to leave because its giving you lots of discomfort, something like that and will leave you worried and tired all over.. For me this is something new i have never had this sensation before after 10 years of anxiety, so definetly having me worried..hope you feel better soon

I had the same thing happen many times now in my 3 week journey of anxiety. It soet pf feels like someone is lighting a match in it or just a strange feeling in general. If I bad to describe it I'd say its like the feeling right before you throw up. But then heat rushes up my body and my head gets super hot. I feel exhausted after it happens too, I keep going to feel my beat but its normal.
