Hi Everyone

I'm here for, more information and support I guess. I've never been diagnosed with anything (to be fair - I've never been to a Doctor with it) but I'm fed up of feeling scared and worried all the time and am scared that life will disappear with me not having done anything worth speaking of as a result. I'm just fed up of feeling like this all the time and don't know who to talk to about it, so a bunch of strangers feels as good a starting point as any... M.
