    duloxetine insomnia

    has anyone had this in the beginning, and did it go away for you?

    yes me and its doing my head in waking every hour .

    It is a fairly common side-effect of serotonergic antidepressants. It tends to ease after a while, but can be an ongoing issue for some. Raise it with your GP as it can be treated. Melatonin supplements might help too.
