Hi everyone,

I've always lurked on this forum but it's taken until now to create an account haha.

I just want some advice on driving test nerves.

I'm aware I can drive, my instructor is constantly praising me and I feel comfortable whenever I take a lesson (I've been doing this for over 2 years because I was always doubtful of how good I was - which resulted in me not taking my first test until last August).

Unfortunately, I've failed 4 driving tests. The main reason is down to nerves as all my majors/minors have been really stupid faults and I'm aware that I've made them once it's happened - I'm just so nervous - my hands shake and two of the tests have ended with me having had a panic attack. On the lead up to each of my tests I can't sleep, I make myself ill and just can't take the thought of the test which I thought I'd have gotten over by now since I've taken multiple ones.

Does anyone have any tips and tricks? I've tried taking Kalms; chamomile tea; deep breathing but none of it's working.

Any help would be appreciated
