I just read that charoite was the best for fear, is that right? I have not heard anyone talk about it on this thread so was just wondering.

Hi there worry,

Charoite is not one I have used as yet hun but yes like you say it does say it is the soul stone that overcomes fear, reduces stress and worry bringing about a relaxed attitude.

It looks quite a pretty purple one doesn't it.

If you do decide to start wearing it do be sure to let us know how you go as I am always interested to hear this. I know I have said this before but I tend to try and work well with a few stones, rather than less effectively with more!!

I am still liking the kunzite very much and of course without doubt my big chunk of smoky quartz - I wear these 2 together actually as they are complimentry stones.

Piglet I wonder if you can help...I've just bought a crystal (literally just bought it....I have the memory of a flea)...and I cant remember what its called. I bought it cos I really liked the look and feel of it...its sort of lilac, slightly cloudy in colour,with a more solid 'stripe' of colour down the middle. Apparently known as a psychic cleanser, helps with negativity.

I know its a big ask but any ideas?

Hi Piglet, I hope middle Pringle is doing well.

Just to mention again, have you ever made gem essences with crystals and did you find them effective/helpful?

Another question is that I put a crystal (Lepodilite) in salt water to cleanse and it was a mistake as when I dried the stones the colour came off a couple of them like die. Does this decrease their effectiveness?

Also could you recommend a crystal that might help me with withdrawing from anti depressants? I am going through withdrawal at the moment and feel absolutely horrendous.

PS You were spot on about the aquamarine, I find it gives a gentle strength and is much more reassuring than the carnelian so thanks for that

I just bought a labradorite palmstone which I just love and tend to hold every evening seems to calm me down.
