Hi, I have a question.
I'm diagnosed with GAD. Can this affect my emotional issue / feel emotion / feelings of love for the girlfriend? And this causes a Relationship OCD (intrusive thoughts of her)

You will need to tackle the ROCD at source, by getting some therapy for OCD, so that should be your number one step. But the Pregabalin would help your anxiety in the meantime, yes, so it may be a good option for you if you are really struggling to function, depending on what else is going on medication-wise for you.

I've been looking for psychologists and they just talk to break up the relationship. But the problem is that it happened in ALL RELATIONS. No psychology worked. Never been able to make the most of any relationship :(
