Hey folks,
It's been a while since I've posted but lately I've been having these very minor palpitations and then tonight I had one big one that actually made me feel a bit dizzy and blurry with it. I was so freaked out I did some jumping jacks and push ups to get my heart beating faster and stronger and everything is better now. But it scared me a lot. Lately I've been feeling a little groggy, tingly in my extremities, and sore with some headaches and random head pains. I've definitely been stressed the last little bit but sometimes I find it crazy that these symptoms are just anxiety.
Has anyone else had symptoms as severe as this with their palpitations?
