Teeth grinding

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone can help me, I've previously suffered from depression 3 times before and was on citalopram for around 3 years. About a year ago my Dr withdrew me from citalopram, and had bad withdrawal symptoms, but after they had passed, I felt fine. Recently things have been stressful both at work and at home, and I lost my nan 2 months ago. I've noticed now, that I have started to grind my teeth, something I haven't done since withdrawing from citalopram. I'm not particularly concerned by it,but I do wonder if it is just because things have been very stressful, or could my depression be returning. Has anyone else suffered from this that could hopefully advise me. Thanks x
