Im a keen runner from the oxford area who suffers from depression and lacks friends, just wondered if there was anyone else like minded in the area who would like to meet for coffee sometime?

it depends what area of Oxford. The actual city itself is expensive...the outer areas (i.e the council estates) not so much

Yeah I used to live in a hostel in Oxford wasn't too bad and the estates are a tad cheaper but moved back to the midlands much cheaper all round Cheers

Its not actually Oxford but Whitney which is a nice town about 15 miles from Oxford.
I couldnt live in Oxford city itself.
It would depress me even more.

Witney is basically terrible charity shops and pubs...
