I used to throw up with my period quite often(because of the pain)
most of the time as long as i stayed still it was okay but there are things you can do to ease your sickness feelings(although i doubt it will happen again) ginger, peppermint and fizzy water are great for settling your stomach (peppermint tea or lemon and ginger tea is a great idea) x
