I see threads often about ALS and the main symptoms that are discussed is twitching, but I can honestly say twitching doesn't mean you likely have ALS I have twitched my entire life, for the past few days I've had a lot of twitches in my arms and eyelid and so has my gf. ALS is very rare, less than 20,000 people are diagnosed each year, please lay it to rest, nerves twitch its a part of life, ive always had twitches and never tjought twice about ALS. Now if you have severe twitching that doesnt subside in a few days get it checked out,it wont likely be ALS because theres so much more benign things that can cause this. Please stop worrying yourself, anxiety is a nightmare im living proof of that.
