10 weeks on sertraline help!

So I've been on this 9 and half weeks did 1 week at 50mg 5 weeks on 100mg and now midway through my 4th week on 150mg

So last few weeks have been brill felt back to myself and fab 3 night ago I had a particular bad dream and last 3 days anxiety has come back not as bad as before but it's there and slight shakes

Also I think it's because kids go back to school tomorrow and partners back at work and I don't like being on my own anyone else has this after being on the medication for this long? Will it go?

I wouldn't despair yet. While doctors often claim antidepressants should begin working in 3-6 weeks, for some they can take much longer.

The other issue is the dose has been ramped up fairly quickly to the higher end of the therapeutic dose range and your brain may still be playing catchup. Was there some reason for going to 150mg so quickly? Have you been on sertraline before?
