Is it possible to live with these pvcs?they sending me out of my mind

    Came back 6 weeks ago.
Il tell you about the last few days.
Friday I went without one all day,Saturday I had 3-4 pvcs
    Sunday I had about 4
Monday I had 1 all day
    Yesterday about 7-8
    Today 2 so far
They driving me nuts every single day ..the odd day I might miss a day.
2 weeks ago I got a bad day where I had about 40-50 it was horrible.
But mostly I don't get more than 5-10 a day
I think about them all the time
I'm 31 female had ecgs 5 years ago all fine, holter showed 63 pacs in 4 days.
The echo was clear and he said I have a good heart ?? Really doesn't feel like it.
Anyway today I had 2 about 4 hours ago now and nothing since.
I think about them all the day
I mentioned to the doctor a ablation..but he said no chance for me.
Also he said he didn't want to give me beta blockers as my heart beat at rest was perfect.
    What do I do?
Just live with the pvcs/pacs every day feeling the thud and skip

You are well within normal limits. and I mean WELL within. Everybody gets these, not everybody notices them. I have days where I get a few, I have days where I get 50-60. I'm so thankful that that's the extent of it. An ablation has more risks than you can imagine, totally not worth performing on a healthy heart. There's really no way to do that. Beta blockers are going to make you feel worse, your Dr. is right. The trick to living with them is to accept them. you haven't done that. It's not easy to do, but it can be done. Obsessing over them is the problem, not your heart.

Some of us have tried supplements, particularly magnesium as there are many anecdotal stories of success. Some cardiologists recommend it.

I myself started taking magnesium citrate supplements from Aava Labs after I started getting particularly easily triggered PVCs in February (up to 200 a day). By the start of April, they were gone.

The supplements may have helped me. Or they might not have done anything. I don't know. People are commonly deficient in magnesium so it's still good either way I guess. Worth a try.

I started taking a magnesium liquid about 6 weeks ago.
    Not sure if it's helping.
    Yesterday I had 0 pvcs/pacs
Today I've had 1 ..very small one
I suppose compared to others it's nothing
I'm going to try not to complain
It could be a lot worse
I'm going to try and accept them, just find it hard
