Swollen painful nodes Everywhere!! Help

I don't know what to do I have one swollen gland in my neck and was seen by a doctor 2 weeks ago. The gland hasn't shrunk but now my underarms and groin are burning so I guess the lymph nodes there are swollen too. I'm so scared because I don't see any other causes for this than lymphoma

If there were nodes there then it would be obvious to you, you would be able to feel the large nodes.
