Travel Anxiety

Hey there, I was Hoping to get some advice or tips on how to cope with travel anxiety. I have a severe fear of getting sick or having anxiety abroad. I used to have terrible stomach pains everyday (I was diagnosed wih IBS) a few years ago and it lasted for around 6 years before it started getting better, I used to rarely leave the house and got really bad anxiety when I occasionally went out because I feared getting stomach pains away from home. I am 17 and with being traveling alone to sweden from the US.
