Can propranolol help me

Hi I suffer with anxIety/panic attacks when attending events such as weddings, shows, football matches, my symptoms are light headedNess, feeling feint, heart racing and sweaty palms. I'm thinking of taking propranolol, could anyone please tell me if they have similar symptoms and if propranolol worked for them. Also do you recommend against buying them online. Many thanks

Beta-blockers may lessen the adrenaline surge symptoms of the flight-or-fight, but have no direct affect on the mental side of things.

Also do you recommend against buying them online.

If you mean without a prescription, then yes. Not only is it illegal, but taking prescription meds without a doctor's supervision is potentially dangerous, especially with meds such as the beta-blockers which affect the heart.
