Painful heartbeat and sweating

Greetings nmp family i had this strange single heart beat that really caught my attention.. It happened to me twice already i was doing something and suddenly felt this stong single heart beat and makes me breathe deep and i started sweating..and now it happened again i woke up with an upsetting dream and suddenly felt thesame symptoms again, i had to admit i am really at a down situation now i had stressing my self so bad like anger,worrying and it really left me tired.this is what my brain is doing right now.i cant escape any thoughts that it really making me feel worse.anyone having thesame thing? Your post will be highly appreciated.

I have had these symptoms. It sounds like the sweating came on as a result of the anxiety. This has happened to me.

Have you had checks on your heart? Ecg? Blood pressure? etc.

It's always good to have some basic checks and get your doctor to review your account of what happened. Assuming you've had checks, then really, what you've described is of very short duration and unlikely to be anything significant. I hope that helps.

Lately having some stresful days ive checked my bp and sometimes its 130/78 and the last ecg ive done was 2 years ago. And iam really very anxious about it well thankyou for your post really appreciate it

I had this yesterday! I was reaching up to grab something. Felt a flutter or thump in my chest and my face was flushed and hot.

Thank you Guys for your support i went to the er yesterday because my chest is very heavy and my left arm is numb and tbh this i havent felt this symptom this bad so went to er and they checked my bp its a bit high and done ecg the also gave me a pill to calm, ecg is normal and i did calm down and went home.i didnt know that anxiety felt that bad.
