    Family get-together

I visited Relatives and Distant Relatives this afternoon, which include my Great Aunt.

Felt so nervous I did, before I set off, as I wanted to make a good impression and I didn't want to get too emotional.

When I got there, they were all pleased to see me and made me feel at ease.

After touching door handles I felt dirty and went to wash my hands but whilst doing so, I still felt nervy cos of germs.

My social phobia disappeared cos I had so much fun.

Glad the weather was on uor side as I had to walk quite a way.

Well done Ju. Often family get-togethers are difficult to cope with even for those who do not suffer as we do!! It's a small step to your giant leap of recovery.
