Heart palpitations

Every now and then I get a sudden rush of excitement feeling in my chest, lasting a few seconds, for no apparent reason. Does anyone else get this? It really freaks me out. I had a 72 hour tape done on my heart 6 months ago and it came back healthy but with a few benign ectopics. At the time though I hadn't experienced the rush of excitement feeling, just heart flutters.

Definitely sounds like PVC's or PAC's, other wise known as palpitations. They are benign when caused by anxiety. I am going through a bout now. Haven't had any for about a year but have been having frequently for the last few days. I've been more anxious than normal lately so I am pretty sure it's caused by the adrenaline. Caffeine causes them sometimes too so cutting down might help. Hope they go away soon.

I get something sort of similar to that... sometimes it feels like my heart stops and a rush of...something runs up my body and leaves me all nervous. I've had it several times the past two months and am starting to realize its just anxiety and I don't need to freak out and start fearing sudden death again.
