email notification

hello to you all

please could you tel me how i set up to receive notice by emails that there has been replies to the posts i have replied to.
i have submitted my email address but do not get any mails to say there has been a new post sine last visit.

also i have tried adding a picture to my posts but it doesn't seem to accept it.

Hi Nanny

To receive emails go to the thread you would like to receive emails from, at the top of the thread you will see Thread tools click that option, then click Subscribe to this thread, you will then receive emails of notification. You can also do this when you reply to thread using the additional Options section when you scroll down the reply page.

Also, here is a link that will help to add your Pics to posts.
