I have been signing on for a while and also have done the work programme for 2 years 2012-14 mandatory and community work programme from October 2015-April 28 2016. and I did recent work experience at the local jobcentre only last july. My jobcentre coach wants me to do another one I don't wish to And told her so when I last signed on 23rd may can I be forced to do another one I haven't been referred to any scheme

Depends on their rulebook. It can be hard to make an appeal against a decision made by them. Keep telling her that you don't want to for another few months because the last one really got you motivated to get into work. Lie and stall it. They're not your friends as you know.
