Hello for a 3rd time

Well hello again people my name is Saz I have been in and out of the forum for the past year due to recurrent mental health woes. I live in North Wales have Panic disorder, severe anxiety and mild depression too, been feeling good for a while until 3 weeks ago I hit a low point and my old self came back so i needed to come back again. See you all about the forum I love it here xx
