I'm lying in bed watching house (I know how can I watch it when I suffer from health anxiety 😂😂😂 but I'm hooked)
And I'm feeling like I aren't getting enough air into my lungs. It's a really weird feeling cause I'm clearly breathing just doesn't feel like I'm getting enough in me
My hearts pounding a little cause it's worrying me slightly. But now I'm thinking my hearts pounding because something is wrong ??
Is this a symptom of anxiety at all??? Don't want to get myself in a panic. But it's making me more anxious the longer it goes on
