    Silent panic attacks

So I'm sat here after a day of hell wondering if anyone else suffers from silent panic attacks? And if it's an actuall thing . I have all the other symptoms of a panic attack but I don't pant for breath I either scream and run around shouting I'm dying n calling for a ambulance struggling to breath chest tightness and lump in my throat convinced I am choking or I say nothing at all and it can be on and off all day ... someone please tell me I'm not the only one

    that's an anxiety attack.
Panic attacks have symptoms, and anxiety attack it's just your mind racing.

If you can learn to change your thoughts you can better control the symptoms of anxiety and lessen the panic attacks. Although medication can be helpful, it's not going to cure all symptoms permanently, so if you're able to seek out help in doing so, I recommend making it a habit. I have found that being able to control my thought process is really the most helpful thing when I begin to panic.
