Advice needed please

Hi guys
Hope you are well. Just need some advice.
Been on cit for 14 months and been much better. Recently over the last 2 weeks my anxiety has been very high but I really don't know why. My symptoms tend to be physical. Tension in my neck, tightness in my chest and the awful arm adrenaline. I am a teacher and my job is very stressful but I seem to have it under control so I am not sure where this is coming from. I am on 20mg of cit and take the odd propranolol for physical symptoms. I head seems to be in good place although I went away last weekend and my anxiety was through the roof. Again leading up to an event, holiday trip etc I am over thinking. Feel awful until I actually push myself to do it and then I am ok with it. Do I need to just ride this belt of anxiety out? I can rationalise my anxiety when I have something to worry about but there doesn't seem to be any specific yet it's very high.

You could do, but any inappropriate anxiety is counterproductive, imho, and given this has been going on for a few weeks I think it might be time to talk to your doctor about increasing the dose.
