Panic attack on holiday in London

The heat has made me feel weak and tired and faint and panicky anybody else had this?

I know how you feel!

I'm much more anxious when it's hot. Some of the things bodies do to cool down (heart pounding etc) feel a bit like a panic coming on, don't they?

I try to avoid the sun as much as possible (I'm ginger) and I find sipping cold water and just tuning in to my breathing helps if I feel a panic coming on x

I also have anxiety/panic attacks when it is hot outside. I think its due to the association of symptoms we get when anxious...ie hot flushes, dizziness etc. There is a name for it but I cant remember what the medical term is...something like sensitivity anxiety?

I feel a bit funny and a weak still. I hope I'm ok for tomorrow it may be lack of sleep too.

It does that to a lot of people. Drink more water
