Hi Turnaround - Do you have a psychologist or psychiatrist to help you structure different activities in a scale of how much they make you anxious or have side effects like dizziness, etc? That way you can slowly work up the scale, and not jump into things that are very anxiety-provoking. Just a small gain can then be recognized as actually a real achievement to be proud of. Pregabalin might help a little or a lot, but it's not a cure like penicillin - we all have to work at getting better. The best of luck to you.
