Under arm and breast pain

Hi all.

Today I've got some really sharp shooting pains in my left arm pit and it's going into my left breast. It comes and goes. Had a feel around and I think all I feel are my lymph nodes but it's really unsettled me and I feel frightened.

I've tried so hard and have been struggling with my health anxiety and even managed to stay off google for weeks which is kind of a big deal for me! Even when I've had a pain or something, I have been good enough to wait it out before going to the gp.

But I suppose anything to do with breasts or anything like that, it's something that always makes me fearful.

Has anyone else had these sensations? I don't know what's started it.
