Me and my nerves

Hi all. I am 29 and from Scotland.

I am here because my IBS first manifested about six years ago. Long story short, it was really embarrassing for me, but I have conquered it. Just like to lend a listening ear, voice some concerns.
I also have a mental health diagnoses. Despite it all I strive to live a normal life. Even though on paper, I probably come across as having a poor prognosis and not a bright future. So yes my nerves, take some looking after!
