A swarm of 200 flying ants came into my house and some on my clothes. Now I want to throw them away as I could get ants on me even after washing?

No need to bin em but Take em to a charity shop if you decide to get rid, then they'll do someone a good turn.
No need for that at all. Just put then in the washing machine on a 40 degree wash.
"It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice". Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself and you won't go far wrong.
Phil, the issue is your anxiety. Insects come into contact with clothes all the time and basic cleaning methods are fine.
Please try to resist the compulsions to bin them.
