menstrual cycle

hi everyone

sorry to all the guys but i don't think you can help me with this one

to all the ladies, i was wondering if they found that there anxiety gets worse during the time of their period? i do and i am unable to find any information about possible links between anxiety and the menstrual cycle.

i also suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome and remember reading something about anxiety being a symptom of that but again i am finding it hard to find any furthur information on it.
