    What Helps Me For Free.....

Over the years of Kinesiology treatments and chiropractic treatments,I've found that pressure points/Acupressure points offer some help and relief.
I use acupressure each day for CFS(chronic fatigue syndrome). Found books and websites showing ailments and pressure points. Just rubbing very gently, various pressure points, each one for at least 60 seconds provides some relief.Used as often as you need is comforting.

One technique I've known and tried (when I could afford it) is called:
"N.E.T". Short for Neuro Emotional Technique". You need an
NET practitioner and work through your list of issues.Pick the worst issues first to get your monies worth.

Next.I heard about a technique called "Faster E.F.T",short for:
"Faster Emotionally Focused Transformations". I looked into it,found a forum, youtube videos, step by step instructions, diagrams, etc. That was just over 2 years ago.Been doing it ever since. Its worth it.Its very good. Its one of those things you should do everyday for around 6 months then maybe take a week or 2 off then resume again. It helps.

Thats what I do each day.I dont have money to afford treatments but at least I can look after myself better and know I'm better off.

Pressure points massage really helped me with my neck/jaw/shoulder muscle tension from anxiety, more than anything else Although I went to a chiropractor to do it, I don't know how to myself

the other methods you mentioned sound interesting, I might look it up. N.E.T. seems really interesting, did you found it worked for you?

NET is good to start with. Get rid of your worst emotional issues first. Look for traumatic experiences too.Its the one that costs money.
As for acupressure, you rub various pressure points gently for 60 seconds per pressure point.
Use herbalshop.com for their acupressure diagrams.

There are 199 ailments listed so you can find things you can relate to.
As for "Faster EFT",you use it as often as you want:

They all offer relief. The more you do the better off you'll be.
