    Just took my first 10mg tablet

    Just took my first propranolol tablet to reduce the awareness of my heartbeat due to high anxiety, i'm a bit scared what'll happen.

    Don't worry mate, you'll find your heartbeat will be less noticeable and slower. It may make you feel a little drowsy also at first but this usually wears off.
