On and off HA sufferer

Hello,

So glad to find this board, am very low right now and in that awful period of waiting to see doctor (6 days:()
I have had HA most of my life (am 45 now) but with long periods of respite. I have little blips here and there but my last major episode was 13 years ago.

I've been treated for HA and currently take medication for GAD as needed. I definitely have OCD tendencies but so far just diagnosed with GAD.
