hey everyone,
does anyone here know of anyone who specifically deals with emetophobia, as ive had help from various theraptists all my life but nothing has ever really seemed to work as they dont deal with my phobia specifically. just in a bad plce with it all right now, and im trying so hard to keep it under control and not dominate every aspect of my life all day every day!
If anyone knows anything, id much appreciate being pointed in the right direction!

There are loads of posts on this. Go to the top of the screen and there is a Search - enter the word emetophobia in there and you will see all previous posts.
I will see if I can find a post about a good website for you.

hi, thanks for the link, been reading it and a lot of it is like reading my own mind! the annoying thing is im aware it's all in my head and the thoughts im having r making me panic, yet i still panic all the time!
